When representing a Seller, it is my goal to sell your home for the highest dollar amount possible utilizing my vast marketing skills and knowledge to ensure you a hassle free transaction and smooth closing. My average time to sell a listed home is 13 days, compared with 35 days for the total MLS. My listings sell at an average of 97.3% of list price or better. My preparation of your home called "staging" helps your home show to its best advantage.

When representing a Buyer, I utilize all my skills and knowledge to address the special needs many clients encounter when moving.  This includes moving before the end of the school year, renting before buying, or selling while you are actively looking for a replacement home.  I am a Certified Relocation Specialist, working closely with the Prudential Corporate Services Division.
